All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Estimates and Pricing
Any estimates, quotes, or pricing information provided through our website, online tools, or during initial consultations are approximate and subject to change. Final pricing is determined after an in-person evaluation of the work site and equipment.
Online estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of price. Actual costs may vary based on equipment condition, accessibility, code requirements, permit fees, and other factors that can only be assessed on site.
All work performed by Air Force One Heating & Cooling is subject to a separate service agreement or work authorization signed by the customer prior to work commencing.
Licensing and Insurance
Air Force One Heating & Cooling is licensed, bonded, and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance as required by Virginia law. Our technicians are trained and qualified to perform HVAC services in accordance with applicable building codes and industry standards.
